How do I book equipment or get a quote?
Through the form on this page, by phone on +212 6 61 68 64 46, on WhatsApp at the same number or by email at [email protected]. Every product page also has a “Check Availability” form. Give the city, the date and the attractions you want: Rent All checks that the equipment is free on that date and sends the detailed quote, travel included where it applies.
What information do I need to provide to book?
To book, Rent All asks for your first and last name, email address and phone number, plus the date and place of delivery and return of the equipment. Also state the attractions you want and, for an event over several days, its real duration. The booking confirmation is sent to you by email or WhatsApp.
How quickly does Rent All reply?
On every product page, the “Check Availability” form states a dedicated personal advisor within 24h. Rent All then checks that the equipment is free on your date and sends you the quote. To save time, give the city, the date and the attractions you want in your first message: those three pieces of information are enough for an accurate price.
Does Rent All deliver outside Marrakech?
Yes. Rent All is based in Marrakech (Zénith Business Center, rue Mouslim) and, in Marrakech, delivery, installation and collection are included in the daily rate. Rent All also works in Casablanca, Rabat, Agadir and the rest of Morocco: travel is then priced into the quote according to distance and the volume of equipment.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Under Rent All’s general rental terms, a cancellation made more than 48 hours before the rental date is free of charge. Less than 48 hours before, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total amount applies. Prices are in Moroccan dirhams and include all applicable taxes.
