Agencies, wedding planners, DMCs and hotels: renting event equipment from a local supplier in Marrakech

12 October 2026

Are you an event agency, a wedding planner, a DMC or a hotel putting on an event for clients in Marrakech? Renting your attractions from a local supplier such as Rent All means equipment that is delivered, set up and collected on site, at the daily rate shown on each product page (from 1,200 to 4,900 MAD depending on the item), with a refundable deposit on part of the range and, for the photo booths, the guest books and the VR simulator, a member of the Rent All team on site during the event.

This guide is written for professionals who organise on behalf of a client: what the rental covers, who stays on site, the deposit, payment and cancellation terms to carry over into your own contracts, what to ask for in a quote, the venue constraints to check, which equipment suits which type of event, and the checklist for the brief you send us. Rent All works with private clients, companies and event agencies alike; everything below reflects the terms published on the website and on the product pages.

Key takeaways

  • In Marrakech, delivery, setup and collection are included in the daily rate; outside Marrakech, travel is priced in the quote.
  • Daily rates in Moroccan dirhams, all applicable taxes included and the same all year round; refundable deposit from 900 to 4,800 MAD depending on the item.
  • 360 photo booth, magic mirror and guest books: no deposit, a dedicated Rent All staff member on site. VR simulator: an attendant on site to assist players.
  • Rental paid in advance by bank transfer; free cancellation more than 48 hours ahead, 30% of the total amount within 48 hours.
  • For an accurate quote: city, date and attractions, plus your actual setup and teardown times.

Tell us what you are planning, the city and the date, and we will put a quote together.

What a local supplier takes care of in Marrakech

For an event organiser, the first benefit of a supplier based in the city is logistics. In Marrakech, every Rent All rental includes delivery, setup and collection of the equipment, with no extra line on top of the daily rate. The rental terms add a demonstration at setup where needed. Transport and setup therefore don’t fall on your own crew.

Transport is carried out with equipment chosen to keep each item safe and intact, driven by trained drivers. That matters when the event includes a pinball machine of around 120 kg or a mirror photo booth of 65 to 90 kg: neither your team nor the venue staff has to carry them.

The main service area is the Marrakech-Safi region. Work in other Moroccan cities is possible on request; travel is then calculated in the quote based on distance and the amount of equipment. For a client event in Marrakech, there is no separate transport line to add for these attractions.

What the team does at setup

Several product pages spell out the service. For the KAT Walk virtual reality simulator, Rent All also configures the games on top of delivery and setup. For the arcade machine and the professional pinball machine, the team handles the power connection and checks that everything works before the event starts. For the René Pierre foosball table, it checks that the equipment is complete and ready, balls included.

The foosball, arcade, pinball and VR pages also state that the team finds the best spot during setup. In practice, an indicative floor plan is enough on your side: the final position is agreed with the Rent All team at setup.

Who stays on site during the event?

This is the question to settle before you staff the event: do you need someone from your team at every attraction? It depends on the equipment, and the product pages are clear about it.

  • 360 photo booth: no deposit required; a dedicated Rent All attendant operates the equipment and welcomes your guests.
  • Magic mirror photo booth: no deposit; a dedicated host looks after guests throughout the service.
  • Audio and video guest book and heart guest book: no deposit; a dedicated Rent All attendant operates the device and welcomes guests. For the heart, the page specifies that the attendant is there for the whole event.
  • VR simulator: an attendant on site assists users throughout the event and runs the sessions; a 2,000 MAD deposit applies.
  • Pinball machine: the page states that no dedicated attendant is needed, as it is intuitive and self-service.
  • Arcade machine, foosball, basketball hoop, punching bag, rowing machine, massage chair, jacuzzi: the pages do not mention an attendant during the event.

For that last group, plan for someone from your team or the venue to keep an eye on the area: rotating players, gloves available at the punching bag, supervising the jacuzzi. That person is also the Rent All team’s contact at collection time.

Rent All staff have the role described on the product pages: operating the equipment, welcoming or assisting guests and, for the VR, running the sessions. They do not replace your overall coordination. When they arrive, simply brief them on the running order and the key moments when the attraction should stay open.

Deposit, payment, cancellation: terms to carry into your contracts

When you rent on behalf of a client, the supplier’s terms feed into your own commitments. Here are the ones published in Rent All’s general rental terms and on the product pages.

The deposit

The product pages show a refundable deposit for nine items: the lowest is for the punching bag (900 MAD), the highest for the arcade and pinball machines (4,800 MAD). The 360 photo booth, the magic mirror and both guest books state “no deposit required”. Where a deposit applies, you pay it when booking and get it back once the equipment has been checked on its return.

The general terms state that any damage, loss or theft is the client’s responsibility, and that the deposit may be kept in part or in full if the equipment is damaged. For an agency, the practical question is who carries the deposit and the responsibility for the equipment: your company or the end client. Decide this before booking, and say in your brief who will sign for delivery and collection on site.

Prices and payment

Rates are in Moroccan dirhams and include all applicable taxes. The rental is paid in advance by bank transfer. A day’s price does not change with the season: only availability on your date and, outside Marrakech, travel costs differ from one quote to the next.

To build the budget you present to your client, start from the prices shown on the product pages, gathered on our event equipment rental prices page. For an event in Marrakech, the daily rate of each attraction is known before you even send a request; only availability on your date remains to be confirmed.

Cancellation and return

Cancelling more than 48 hours before the rental date costs nothing. Within 48 hours, a fee equal to 30% of the total amount applies. Equipment is returned on the agreed date and at the agreed place; a delay or a return elsewhere may lead to additional charges.

If your client’s schedule may move (postponement because of the weather, a change of room, a party moved to another site), build these rules into your own terms and tell us as soon as the venue changes. The equipment remains Rent All’s property: it may not be lent, resold or used for purposes other than those set out in the rental contract.

If something goes wrong

Rent All guarantees that the rented equipment works properly. In the event of a technical problem, contact customer service immediately for assistance or a replacement. Add +212 6 61 68 64 46 (phone and WhatsApp) to your production run sheet.

What to ask for in a quote

A quote starts from three things: city, date, attractions. For a professional event, a few extra details save back-and-forth:

  • The actual duration: rates are per day. An event spread over several days is priced on its real length, counting setup and teardown.
  • Delivery and return dates and places, with the contact’s name, email and phone number: this is what the rental terms ask for to book.
  • The estimated number of participants for the VR simulator: its page asks for it at booking.
  • Options to confirm: balls for the basketball hoop, gloves for the punching bag (the page strongly recommends them). Both pages say the team looks at the option depending on the project and the number of participants.
  • Customisation: the photo frame of the 360 photo booth (logo, names, event date or theme, according to the page’s FAQ), the mirror’s frame colour to match the theme or brand guidelines, and an audio or video welcome message on the audio guest book.
  • File delivery: after the event, Rent All hands over the guest books’ edited audio and video recordings in digital form. Say in your brief who should receive them.

Booking confirmation is sent by email or WhatsApp. If you combine several attractions, ask for a single quote: everything comes in one delivery, set up in one go, and the quote is the sum of the daily prices.

Book ahead: the product pages recommend it, especially for weekends, weddings and busy event periods, and the VR simulator page describes it as one of the most requested items.

Preparing the venue: space, power, access and setup

A hotel, a riad or a reception hall does not always offer the space or the sockets you expect. The product pages list the constraints to put on your floor plan and confirm with the venue.

Space, indoors or outdoors

VR simulator: about 1.2 m² of floor, with 3 to 4 m² of clear space around it. Foosball: 3 to 4 m². Rowing machine: 3 to 4 m² and about 2 m of ceiling height. Pinball: 2 to 3 m². Arcade machine: 1.5 to 2 m². Jacuzzi: 6 m² minimum. Punching bag: about 1.40 × 1.40 m of floor and 2.30 m high.

The punching bag with freestanding stand is for indoor use only. The arcade machine, the foosball table and the VR simulator are meant for indoors or under cover; a tent or covered area is enough. The pinball machine also needs shelter, a flat and stable surface and a nearby socket. The 360 photo booth and the audio guest book can go outside if the space is suitable, and the mirror if there is shelter, power and a safe setting; the team will advise based on your venue.

Power and network

The arcade machine and the pinball machine run on a standard 220 V socket, so plan for an accessible socket nearby. The foosball table is fully mechanical, so it does not need to be near a socket. The arcade machine works offline, with no Wi-Fi needed. For the other items, ask for their requirements in the quote rather than assuming them.

Weight, access and floor type

Pinball: about 120 kg. NBA basketball hoop: about 80 kg unweighted and 190 kg weighted, on 6 large wheels. Foosball: about 73 kg. Mirror: 65 to 90 kg depending on the configuration. In your brief, flag any steps, lifts and the distance between the unloading point and the room.

The 6-seat Intex inflatable jacuzzi can go on tiles, lino, concrete, parquet or grass, but not on a balcony or a wooden structure. On a hotel terrace, have the surface checked before offering it to your client.

Setup times

The pages give a few timings: 30 to 45 minutes for the heart guest book, 1 to 2 hours for the jacuzzi depending on water flow (dismantling in one hour at most), a few minutes for the punching bag. For the 360 photo booth and the mirror, setup is quick and usually done before the event starts. Block these slots in your schedule with the venue; and since the jacuzzi’s setup time depends on water flow, check access to a water point with the venue.

Which equipment for which client event

There is no need to explain here how to organise each type of event: our guides already do that. The table below links your client’s type of event to the equipment the product pages describe for that use.

Good to know before renting for a client

Every item has its strengths and its limits. Knowing them stops you promising your client something the venue cannot deliver.

  • Staffed attractions (360 photo booth, mirror, guest books, VR) lighten your on-site team, but they bring a Rent All staff member: include them in your supplier welcome plan (access, timings).
  • The magic mirror is the most expensive item in the range (4,900 MAD), but the price covers setup, dismantling, unlimited prints, props and the host.
  • The VR simulator takes users from 1.55 m to 2.00 m tall and up to 130 kg; for a young audience, have compatibility checked before you offer it.
  • The jacuzzi needs at least 6 m², a suitable floor and 1 to 2 hours of setup depending on water flow: plan it at the site visit.
  • The pinball machine and the foosball table weigh about 120 kg and 73 kg and are for indoor or covered use; the foosball needs no socket.
  • The basketball hoop comes with its structure: for balls, the team can look into the option on request. The same goes for gloves for the punching bag, which the page strongly recommends.

Three sample budgets for a client event

These figures simply add up the prices shown on the product pages, for one day in Marrakech, delivery, setup and collection included. They are not packages: swap any line for another attraction and recalculate.

EventEquipmentTotal / dayDeposits
WeddingMagic mirror + heart guest book + 360 photo booth11,000 MADNone (“no deposit required” on all three pages)
Corporate seminarVR simulator + massage chair + rowing machine5,800 MAD7,400 MAD

Over several days, rates remain daily: give the real duration in your request and the quote confirms the amount. Deposits are returned once the equipment has been checked. All the figures are on the event equipment rental prices in Morocco page.

The brief checklist to send your supplier

A complete brief lets us check availability and price everything in one go. Copy this list into your message:

  • Type of event and your company (agency, wedding planner, DMC, hotel); who the end client is.
  • Date, exact venue and city; event times, setup and teardown times.
  • Attractions and quantities; estimated number of participants (asked for on the VR simulator page).
  • Indoors, outdoors or under cover; space available for each attraction.
  • 220 V sockets near the planned spots for the arcade and pinball machines; water supply for the jacuzzi.
  • Access: steps, lift, carrying distance, floor type (no balcony or wooden structure for the jacuzzi).
  • Options: balls, gloves, frame customisation (360 photo booth, mirror), welcome message on the audio guest book.
  • On-site contact for delivery and collection; return address if different.
  • Who receives the booking confirmation and the guest book files.

You can also see our event equipment rental in Marrakech page for an overview of the range, or our photo booth rental guide for Morocco if your client is torn between the mirror and the 360.

Next step: your quote request

Send your brief through the Rent All contact form, or by phone or WhatsApp on +212 6 61 68 64 46. We check availability on your date and send you a detailed price, with travel if the event is outside Marrakech. For an event that comes back every season, keep your checklist: you will only need to change the date and the venue.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Rent All works with private clients, companies and event agencies alike. Daily rates are shown on each product page, and the rental terms are published in the general rental terms.

The general rental terms ask for your full name, email address and phone number, plus the date and place of delivery and return. Booking confirmation is sent by email or WhatsApp.

Not for the 360 photo booth, the magic mirror or the guest books, which come with a dedicated Rent All staff member, nor for the VR simulator, which has an attendant on site. The pinball machine needs no attendant. For the other items, the product pages do not mention an attendant, so plan for someone from your team or the venue.

The 360 photo booth, the magic mirror and both guest books: their pages state “no deposit required”. For the nine other items, the deposit ranges from 900 MAD (punching bag) to 4,800 MAD (arcade or pinball machine) and is returned once the equipment has been checked.

No fee if you cancel more than 48 hours before the rental date. Within 48 hours, a fee equal to 30% of the total amount applies.

The rental is paid in advance by bank transfer. Rates are in Moroccan dirhams, all applicable taxes included.

Rent All guarantees that the rented equipment works properly. If there is a technical problem, contact customer service immediately on +212 6 61 68 64 46 (phone and WhatsApp) for assistance or a replacement.
